Someone please help me!!! I desperately need help SITUATION: When I turn on my zenfone 5, it only shows the Asus logo and Powered by Android. Only STOPS there, stays long that way. Period. NOTES: 1) When I try to get to Driodboot and select Recovery, it then boots to an Android lying with red exclamation above it -- there is nothing like 'No command' like other users report. From there, when I press vol+ + power button, it shows the big USB logo. But I can still turn the phone off and boot it to Droidboot 2) When I try to Factory Reset via Recovery, it boots once showing an Android with circle thingy on its tummy, then resets and go back to 'SITUATION' above LAST ACTIONS DONE; 1) Done root once but unrooted it again 2) Attempted upgrading KitKat latest firmware to Lollipop via standard, suggested step on Asus website but when it resets after clicking the notification, it only resets (my phone was fine that time) but do not update OS and do not even show the Android with circle thingy on its tummy 3) Tried flashing the raw firmware to the device. After that, the 'SITUATION' began happening. I miss my phone. I regret tweaking it. (( Please help.
